Temple Sinai is where Jewish life blooms in the desert.  Our vibrant sacred community is one that celebrates Jewish time with Shabbat and festival observances, Jewish life and culture, diverse Jewish learning for adults, children and toddlers, and building lifelong social relationships with others.  

Many of our activities revolve around food (we're Jewish!).

Our K-10th Rabbi Avi Levine Community Religious School was established in 1976,  and after 48 years, is the longest-operating Religious School in the Coachella Valley.  

Jewish and non-Jewish parents make new friends as their toddlers and young children engage in multi-sensory and interactive learning at Temple Sinai’s Tot Shabbat program, held on selected Saturday mornings. 

We thrive on diversity and invite LGBTQ+, differently-abled, Jews-of-Color, and others looking for a Jewish place to call home to make Temple Sinai your refuge:  our doors are open to all.
