A knowledge of Yiddish is not necessary to enjoy the programs, just an appreciation of the "mother tongue" with its humor, folklore and culture. Nat Cooperman, the leader of the group, is a Yiddish humorist and entertainer. For more information, email Nat or call the temple office at 568-9699. The Yiddish Club meets from September to May. |
